Delete your Ubiwalker account
App Ubiwalker, developed by Pixycap s.r.l. Here is how to request the deletion of your account and related data, with or without the app.
From the app
- tap your avatar at the top left of the Home screen to open the menu, then choose Profile;
- tap the three dots (⋮) next to your name and choose Delete profile;
- confirm with Yes, request deletion.
You will receive a confirmation email at your account's address.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, or cannot sign in, write to either of these addresses:

or info@pixycap.com
Write from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Ubiwalker account deletion, and include your username. If you write from a different address, to protect your account we will ask you to confirm that the account is yours.
What happens after the request
- Immediately: the account is deactivated and is no longer visible to other users.
- For 30 days you can change your mind: just sign in to the app again to reactivate the account as it was.
- After 30 days the deletion becomes permanent and can no longer be undone.
- All the data listed below is deleted within 60 days of the request.
What is deleted
- the sign-in account (email, or sign-in with Google or Apple);
- the profile: name, username, photo, profile details and last recorded location;
- connections with other users (who you follow and who follows you);
- published posts, with their videos, images and audio;
- messages, likes and comments linked to the account.
What is kept
We only keep the data the law requires us to retain, for example tax records related to a purchase, and only for the period required by law. After that period, this data is deleted too.
